Do you carry the same merchandise at every location?

Each location has a different selection! Seventeenth Ave is our only location with a men's section, and also offers our best selection of sale merchandise. Kensington carries our best selection of sizes as well as some unique brands. And visit Inglewood because it is just so pretty!

What is your exchange policy?

We offer in-store credit or exchange on unworn and unused items with 30 days of purchase. For gifts, we can extend this time period to 30 days after the gift will be given.

If you a returning an online order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the item is received, we will issue your store credit.

Sale items, earrings, and underwear are final sale.

Do you deliver?

We no longer offer local delivery. Online orders are available for in-store pick-up or will go out via Canada Post. Standard shipping rate is $15. Oversized or heavy shipments are $30.

Why is my delivery fee so high?

Unfortunately, our online store will automatically charge you a shipping fee for each location it is fulfilled from. We will refund the difference to you so you are only paying the applicable shipping fee. 

Can I send someone a gift?

Absolutely. If you'd like to include a note, we have a great selection of cards available and just leave your message in the notes at check out.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all across North America. Our packages go out via Canada Post, and we will provide you with tracking information as soon as possible. We do not ship internationally.

I want to pick it up in-store but it won't let me, what do I do?

Please leave a note at check-out of which location you would like to pick-up at, and we will get it over there as soon as possible. All delivery fees will be refunded.

Do you still sell kid's clothes?

Yes, over at Purr Petite in Kensington, at 118a 10 St NW (just a couple shops away from our Kensington store). We no longer carry any children's items at our store in Inglewood.

I have a gift certificate for Purr Petite, can I use it at Purr?

Yes, you can use your Purr Petite gift certificate in-store only. Unfortunately, you cannot redeem it on our online store. Likewise, you can use your Purr gift certificate in-store at Purr Petite, but not on their online store.

What are your Covid-19 policies?

Masks are optional but appreciated. Our staff continues to wear them, and we always have disposable masks available at the door should you choose to wear one. 

We are reserving the following days for mask mandatory shopping for folks who feel more comfortable in that environment: 

Tuesdays at our Inglewood location
Wednesdays at our Kensington location (and at Purr Petite)

What is Boxing Day From Home?

All locations will be closed to the public on the 26th, but our sale runs online from 12:01am to 11:59 pm. All sale purchases are final sale, so if you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to come down before Christmas Eve to try it on.

Orders will be available for pick-up from 12-5pm on the 26th, and then during regular store hours when we re-open on the 27th. However, if your order is being fulfilled from multiple locations, we will not have them transferred until the 29th. Please wait for a tracking update to come to pick it up. You are more than welcome to visit our multiple locations to pick it up earlier.
