Shipping policy

In-store pick-up orders are typically ready on day of purchase, during operating hours. Please wait for your confirmation email before heading down! 

In the event your pick-up order is being fulfilled from multiple locations, it will take up to four days to consolidate your order at your preferred store. Please wait for our call before coming to pick it up.

Parcels go out with Canada Post standard service. Typical delivery time is 3–10 days. We will get tracking to you as soon as possible. Standard shipments are $20, medium shipments are $30 & large/oversized shipments are $50. Any shipping charges in excess of this will be refunded.
